The General Meeting stands as the highest administration body of the Association, responsible for electing the Board of Directors. Its role is crucial in ensuring the social acceptance and effective functioning of the Greek Guiding Association.
The General Meeting serves as a valuable source of experienced and capable individuals for staffing the Board of Directors and the Association as a whole. The Ordinary General Meeting is convened annually by the Board of Directors, within the first quarter next to the conclusion of a financial year. Participation in General Meetings is granted solely to Members who have fulfilled all their financial obligations to the Greek Guiding Association as stipulated in the Statute.
