This Statute is a codified Statute of the Association under the original name “Greek Girl Guides Association”, which was originally approved by the Athens Civil Court (Decision No.2949/5.4.1934) and was registered in the books of same Court under number 3674/15.4.1934. The Association was subsequently dissolved by decision No. 73434/11.10.1939 of the Minister of Religious Affairs and National Education, which was issued pursuant to Law 1798/1939. (It should be noted that the Board of Directors had previously decided to dissolve the Association by their decision of 10.6.1939). The Association was re-established and its new Statute was approved by the Athens Civil Court (Decision No. 4932/28.11.1944) and registered in the Book of Associations of the Athens Civil Court on 11.01.1945 (Register No.1545).
By decision of the General Meeting of the Members of the Greek Guiding Association on 30.03.2024, the Statute of the Association was modified and codified in a single text.
